Returns and warranty

All of the items we stock have warranty, most items include a full 12 Month warranty and all items are covered under a 30 day return period for unused items.

Some items have extended warranty periods, warranty length will be stated within the items description.

30 Day Return

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase for any reason excluding user damage; this may be because you have changed your mind or the item is simply not what you expected. You will be responsible for the cost of the safe return of the item. Items must be in the same condition as it was received and in a re-sellable condition. We recommend using tracked post with good packaging as we are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return if it has been used unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items:

We have an expert team here to help trouble shoot any problems you may have with the installation of the part, if you are having problems with the part please get in contact with us, if the item is deemed to be defective we will either send a replacement with a pre-paid return bag, sent a replacement without requiring the return of the item or in some cases we may ask to have the item returned to us for testing, if we request return of the item we will pay return postage costs upto 1st Class recorded (UK) and Standard Airmail (EU) if the part have been found to be defective.

Damaged items

Unfortunately we are not able to cover any part that has been damaged while fitting (cables ripped, glass cracked etc) - we urge you to research the repair, if its not something you are comfortable doing yourself we recommend you take your device and part to a local repair shop for a trained technician to fit.

Notification

Please notify us if you wish to return an item, please don't simply post the item back to us.

Warranty

If your product fails during the items warranty period please get in touch, after the 30 day return period has expired you are responsible for the safe return of any parts under warranty, if the part is found to be faulty a replacement or refund will be issued.

Notes

With all returns please include a copy of your order number, invoice number or original invoice.

It may take 1-3 days for us to process the return excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Return Form

According to our instructions of return shipment this RMA- Covering letter is necessary for a prompt and exact handling.
